Shipping

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Every order ships with tracking.

Cost

Shipping is complimentary on orders over A$99. Below that, standard shipping is A$9.99. If you're outside Australia, checkout shows both amounts in your own currency.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed. Our pieces are dispatched from our partner warehouses overseas, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a local shop. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Packaging

Glass pieces are packed with protective materials. If anything arrives damaged, see our returns page.

Duties and taxes

Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import duties on arrival.
