1. About us
This website, thefineorder.com, is operated by The Fine Order ("we", "us", "our"), based in South Australia, Australia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Our product photographs are studio images, some of which are digitally produced to show every piece in a consistent style. Natural materials such as wood and bamboo vary in grain and colour, and glass may have minor variations, so your item may differ slightly from the image. Please check the size and materials listed on each product page before ordering.

3. Prices
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless your country's currency is displayed. Prices may change without notice, but you'll pay the price shown at checkout when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and we'll refund you in full if we do. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, images, the name The Fine Order and our logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

7. Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Except for those guarantees and any other rights that cannot legally be excluded, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Where we are allowed to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. If you are a consumer outside Australia, you also keep any rights you have under the laws of your country.
